CF-Connecting-IP でリモートIPを取得

remoteip_moduleを利用

===== removeip.conf用意 =====

CloudflareからのヘッダCF-Connecting-IPを指定し、CloudflareのIPだけをリモートIPに変換する。
CloudflareのIPリストは、[[https://www.cloudflare.com/ja-jp/ips/]]
